High quality with nice room, quiet place, excellent breakfast and hospitality

Nothing in general. Sad that restaurant does not function any more and garden is therefore a bit abandoned.

We ( 2 adults, 1 child) stayed here for a weekend when we were visiting Waldpark Hochreiter. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the window overlooking the neighbour farm and horses. We had our own coffee machine which I greatly appreciated, and a small fridge. Good size bathroom with nice shower and even a few toiletries. I also loved the natural decor in the room. You will get a code which you can use to get in and out of the building / your room. No keys are required to be carried around. Breakfast was varied with all sorts on offering and the dining room interior is lovely. There is an adjoining restaurant, where we dined on both evenings. Food was lovely, hearty comfort food and they have a grand garden with toys like an electric car ramp, a toy house and a swing for children. There are a few parking spaces in front of the apartment block and more next to the restaurant. We definitely recommend this place to stay!

Lack of shower curtain. For this price I’d expect at least a bottle of water in the room.

The apartment was clean, good and quiet location, communication with Jessica was very good.

It’s a large building that houses a hotel, a trout farm, a restaurant, and a small agricultural setup — all in one place. There’s not much space inside or around the building; everything feels cluttered. In the morning, they might start mowing the grass right under the windows with a very loud lawnmower. There’s little fresh air inside the building, especially in the dining area. Maybe it just needs regular ventilation, but no one seems to do it. The room has a coffee machine, but the coffee capsules are of different formats, so it’s unclear which ones to use. Soundproofing is poor. The fold-out bed for the child was uncomfortable.
