Super-friendly hosts who also prepared and served the Pilgrims dinner. We asked for an upgrade to a private room on arrival and were lucky enough to be able to arrange for a small and reasonable fee. The shared bathroom was clean as was the bedding and towels supplied (in private rooms only I believe).
As with many accommodations on the Camino, this was a very old building and with the character and history that offers, you do sacrifice a little in sound insulation and fancy fixtures. Our door and key were probably 500-years old so didn't lock but we didn't feel unsafe or insecure as a result.
The location is right on the Camino trail and a very simple breakfast is available if wanted.

Great location. Wonderful staff with good bathroom and laundry facilities. The pilgrim dinner was delicious and the staff were so welcoming. They also served breakfast the next day which I didn’t expect. It was simple, but it’s the thought that counts. Their generosity was appreciated.
