Sehr hübsche DHH in bester Lage mit einem kleinen, gut nutzbaren Garten. Auf gar nicht so großer Fläche sind drei freundliche Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder untergebracht, das hat man schon "gequetschter" empfunden. Die Ausstattung ist gut und modern.
Das Bad im 1. OG ist offensichtlich für eine Sauna ausgelegt, jetzt gibt es in Ermangelung derselben eine leere Ecke.

Das Haus sieht toll aus und ist sehr großzügig im Grundriss. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Es kam Personal zum Schneeschieben. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und Bodden, Einkaufszentrum und Restaurant gut zu erreichen.
Wenn die vorgerüstete Sauna mal noch eingebaut wird, wäre es -für uns jedenfalls- noch besser. Die Stockflecken in der Dusche müssten mal entfernt werden.
