Super clean and nice! Our room had AC which was also super appreciated.

It is a little far outside the city center but there’s a metro line close by that takes you there quickly.

Location was good - 5 minutes away from the metro; it was clean and well distributed. Clear indications on how to arrive and comfortable beds.

Overall , really good value for money.

Very clean, modern and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was excellent. Near shops, metro and restaurants.

Found the self-entry system frustrating, stressful and could not get the Ap to work. Martha had to let us in every time. This is not a user-friendly system and I wonder how it will work if the power system fails. Definitely not something I want to repeat.

Parking, goof AC

I made a reservation for accommodation located on C. Cerro de las Flores, 9 (near metro station) but we were asked to change location due to electricity problems. New location was 800 meters away from the previous one, far away from metro. It took time to get there and it corrupted our plan to go to Seville city center that evening. The owner said that we could use a swimming pool. But he didn't give us an entrance card. The staff allowed us to swim only for 20 minutes. Wi-Fi didn't work. A separate topic is English. Several days before check-in the owner contacted me via Booking messages. I was asked to send my ID for getting an access code to the accommodation and room. That was it for English. Later I got answers my questions only in Spanish. Nobody care about translating in English. By the way, in check-in day I didn't get an access code. For what I was asked about my ID? The owner didn't say that rooms, WC didn't have locks. No security, no privacy.
