Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Forest Pines property that was generally very comfortable, but in need of maintenance. The morning after checking in, we noticed issues with getting both showers running, and one knob was completely detached. Maintenance responded fairly quickly, but didn't effectively repair the issue. Before we left, we noticed water leaking from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs bathroom whenever upstairs toilet was flushed.
