The floor area is approximately 120 square meters distributed over a living / dining room with an open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee machine. Other features include satellite TV, a stereo system with CD player and WIFI internet. Of course there is a washing machine and ironing board & iron. Bed linen and towels are provided. Adjacent to the living room, the inner courtyard begins with a 3x4 meter pool, outdoor shower, small lawn, a lemon tree and a covered terrace with a brick outdoor kitchen & charcoal grill and another refrigerator. The property cannot be viewed by neighbors.
Ariany is a small, original village with a village square, 2 supermarkets, pharmacy and 2 bars. It is less than 200 meters to the village square. One of the most popular Mallorcan restaurants is a good kilometer from the house.
The fine sandy, kilometer long beach "Playa de Muro" can be reached in 20 minutes. Likewise, Can Picafort. After Son Serra de Marina it doesn't take any longer.
The rental of this property generally refers to Spanish law, in particular to Law 29/1994 of 24. November of urban leases. For this reason, the property is made available for seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist service to the tenant. The contract only includes the use of the property.

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. Het huisje was ruim en van alles voorzien. Alles is erg netjes onderhouden, waardoor het erg confortabel was. Wat wij erg jammer vonden was dat het zwembad in september al dusdanig was afgekoeld waardoor we weinig hebben gezwommen. We namen af en toe een snelle duik maar hebben niet lang en ontspannen kunnen zwemmen. Hierdoor zijn we veel op pad gegaan. Een auto is een must want in het dorpje zelf is weinig te doen.
De tuin is super mooi van het huisje! Wanneer het zwembad warmer was geweest was het helemaal geweldig geweest.

Schon die Buchung über Mallorca-Reisen verlief super - schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.
Vor Ort war Gabriel der Vermieter pünktlich zur Stelle um uns das Haus zu übergeben. Gabriel ist super nett und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben uns alles zu erklären, auf Spanisch, Deutsch und Englisch- war lustig aber super. Zur Begrüßung lag eine Melone und 1 Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und wir hatten zu fünft reichlich Platz. Die Einrichtung ist modern, sauber und es war alles da, was man so braucht. Das Highlight für die Kinder war natürlich der Pool. Der Garten ist klein aber fein und es gibt zusätzlich eine Dachterrasse. Praktisch war auch die Gartendusche. Wir haben den Garten sehr gern genutzt, samt Essecke und Grill.
Ariany ist ein süßer kleiner Ort mit 2 Supermärkten und einer Pizzeria. Zum nächsten Strand nach Playa de Muro waren es knapp 20 Minuten aber auch der Rest der Insel war mit Auto gut zu erkunden.
Wer die Ruhe liebt und wen es nicht stört mit dem Auto ein paar Kilometer zu fahren, dem können wir das Haus sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.
Wir möchten uns bei Gabriel nochmal recht herzlich für seine Gastfreundschaft bedanken und senden viele Grüße aus Deutschland.

Erstmal vorweg. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön! Schöner Pool, Privatsphäre im Garten, tolle Überdachung(Sonnen/Regenschutz), alles neu bzw. neuwertig und schön eingerichtet. Die Betreuung von Mallorcareise Schirmer und dem Eigentümer war auch sehr gut. Der Ort ist auch schön. Aber das Haus hat 2 Probleme. Der Garten war so voller Mücken, wir sind im Minutentakt gestochen worden. Das habe ich in 13 Mallorca Urlauben noch nicht erlebt. Autan Tropical brachte auch nur kurzfristig was. Ich vermute das dort einige Nachbarn etwas sorglos mit stehendem Wasser umgehen. Dafür kann der Eigentümer nichts! Aber das Haus hat keine Mückenschutzgitter, sodass der Spaß im Haus weitergeht. Das größte Problem war aber das Schlafen. Das Haus hat zwar 3 Schlafzimmer. Davon sind aber 2 innenliegend! Das heißt ohne Fenster. Das einzige Schlafzimmer mit Fenster geht zur Straße raus. Das Dorf Ariany hat 2 Zufahrtsstraßen. An der Kreuzung einer dieser Straßen liegt das Haus. Der 1. LKW fährt 6 Tage die Woche gegen 04:30 ca. 3-4 Meter am Fenster vorbei. Dann ist erstmal Ruhe aber zwischen halb 7 und 8 Uhr bewegt sich das halbe Dorf über diese Kreuzung zur Arbeit oder zur Schule. Wir konnten es nur mit Ohrstöpseln aushalten. Also wer Mückenunemfpindlich ist und bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen kann, dem kann man das Haus nur empfehlen. Allen anderen würde ich eher abraten. Es tut mir leid dass ich das so schreiben muss, weil das Haus wirklich schön ist und alle sehr nett waren. Aber man muss auch ehrlich sein.
