About this house rental
We rent our holiday home with garage and French charm in Nyons. The house is very centrally located in the historic old town of Nyons, very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house was completely renovated in 2017 and is in an above average and very good condition. The garage can be used for vehicles with a max. Width of 170cm or for six to seven motorcycles. In the garage there is a washing machine and an additional refrigerator for e.g. B. Beverages. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with a French bed, in the larger bedroom there is also a bunk bed 90x200cm, this area is optically separated. The smaller bedroom has its own balcony with morning sun. In the living room with balcony there is a sofa bed that can accommodate one or two people if necessary. The kitchen is equipped with everything, such as. B. Dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, refrigerator, e-grill etc. The apartment has internet access with WiFi, as well as a flat screen TV. The bathroom with a sink and a very large shower is separated from the toilet, also with a sink. There is a large fun pool with water slides, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets etc.
