Bardzo spokojne miejsce. Tylko kilka domów nad zatoką oddaloną od głównej drogi przez wyspę jakieś 10-15 min. Domek może być, bardzo wygodny taras usytuowany od wschodu tak że można przebywać na nim cały czas. Domek zasilany jest z paneli fotowoltaicznych zatem z urządzeniami dużej mocy trzeba uważać (suszarka 2000 W to za dużo). Ale normalne sprzęty (komputer, telefon itp.) bez problemu. Jest oczywiście lodówka a kuchenka jest gazowa. Dojazd do domku jest częściowo drogą żwirową, która może nie jest rewelacyjna ale można się przyzwyczaić.
