Petit appartement parfaitement propre et très bien équipé. La résidence est récente. Ascenseur, parking privé, très belle vue sur Sète et commerces très proches. Hôte très sympathique.

Quatrième séjour dans ce joli studio, confortable, très bien équipé et très bien situé, que j'aime toujours autant. La propriétaire est charmante, attentionnée et disponible

Relativ normaler Preis Aussicht auf Sete. Sauber. Ruhig "im" Block.
Pizzeria gegenüber. Vor 23:30 Uhr keine Ruhe. Ausser Montags/ Ruhetag. Keine Klimaanlage. Schlechtester Parkplatz. Eng, und unter einem Baum. Auto täglich verschissen, und verklebt. Die 1,5km bis zum Zentrum sind extrem unatrativ zu laufen. Minimalster Abstellplatz für Fahrräder. Ab spätestens 06:00 Uhr morgens ist vorbei mit schlafen. Dann kommt die Müllabfuhr mit lautem Piepsen beim Rückwärtsfahren. Keine Waschmaschine.
