Location was good and the apartment was very clean! The staff/owner was very friendly!

Excellent choice

Clean and comfortable apartment, close to the center of Limenaria. The terrace is really nice place to enjoy your drink together with the mountains view!

The size of the apartment is a little small to accomodate 4 adults, but it's perfect for a familly with one child.

We loved it here!The apartment was very nice, clean and we had everything that we needed in it.It also comes with a terrace and a garden where you can relax, have a meal etc.The guests were very kind, friendly, helpful, we got along so well! It is a perfect place to go on vacation with your family! We will sure come back!

A pleasant stay in Limenaria

Overall it was a nice stay, the terrace was really big, as in the photos, the decorations were beautiful, both in the lobby and the rooms, the garden was pretty as well and the view was pleasant. There is access to the terrace from both the bedroom and the living room and the doors have sliding mosquito nets, which is very nice. The room was cleaned daily, which was something I haven't seen recently in much places, so it's a big plus. It's relatively close to the downtown part, there are some small stores nearby. There is free parking right in front, which is very convenient. The hosts were nice and kind, the communication was mostly smooth and fast. As a whole, I recommend the place.

Minor things really, but it was a bit tricky to find, as the street is not officially listed on google maps. The wifi would disconnect easily if there were more people using it. It would be nice to be able to close the terrace door from the outside, as if it's left open, the AC switches off and if all people are outside, no one can close the door from the inside and when you get back in, it has gotten warm. There is a chance the warm water mught run out - one of the days, apparently a lot of people had decided to take a shower, so there was barely enough warm water to have a quick rinse.

This is the best maintained place we have stayed in Greece. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels and sheets were changed. Amazing attitude, quiet and peaceful place, close to the center of the village. A wonderful place for diving and fishing. We will be happy to come back again. Thank you Georgi and Katerina.

Stay in Tassos

The apartment was lovely, near the town center, very clean and cozy. The lenders were very kind and smiling. The terrace was big and spacious and you could have dinner there. About location - it is near the center on walking distance, but around the location, it is like a building site, with no asphalt road which is not really a problem.

The negative was that there were not so many staff in the kitchen, no oven, no microwave, and not so much kitchenware. One can only cook a simple breakfast and make coffee. During the whole day and night long you can hear a background roaring noise from below like it is working a big fan or a machine that was really annoying.

Iria's Apartment was awesome

The studio was exceptionally clean, with a big terrace, and a little kitchen equipped with everything you need (even wine glasses etc. ). The host is very funny and friendly. Even if we booked without breakfast, the host left us in the fridge a huge pack with fresh fruits, water, coffee, tea and honey. The apartment is located five minutes walking from the port of Limenaria where you can find many restaurants and souvenir shops. I would definitely come again !

The area (right beside the apartment) contains some under construction villas.

Everything was amaizing. The room and the terace was 5 stars. Very clean and the furniture new. The room and the terace were very big for 2 persons. The hosts very friendly and always on top of our needs. We will surely come back here

Amazing studio

The studio was spacious with a large terrace. It was cleaned every day and we had everything we needed. We also bought some olive oil from the host at a great price and very good. The studio is near Limenaria beach, around 7 min to walk. Thank you very much for hosting us.

Pleasant stay in Limenaria

The most important thing, and it was the reason I booked the place, were the large terraces where you can relax in the morning and evenings or have lunch. The beds are very comfortable and large. Katerina and George the owners are very eager to help and provide information to guests. Katerina does a wonderful cleaning. She cleaned every 2 days, replacing also the towels. She also change our bed linings once during our 6 day stay. The parking is made on the street in front of the property without any problems. The walk to the beach is about 7-10 minutes same to the nearest taverns but when going to Thassos you can find better beaches then the one in Limenaria and go by car so is not that relevant.

The location cannot be found using Google Maps as the streets are quite new and the GPS got confused. Luckily we called the owner and he met us in the city center and lead us to the location. The soundproofing is not that good between rooms so if your neighbour is taking a shower or flushes the toilet you will hear it. I recommend the location to larger families or groups that can book 2 or more rooms so having the same schedule this will not be a problem.

The rooms were very clean, as the accomodation itself. Mr. George and Mrs. Katarina are extremely polite and they speak English. Cleaning was made every day and the room has AC, TV and wifi. Definitely reccomend.

Just perfect

Everything. I've stayed in many places in Greece during the last years and they were all following the same pattern which was OKish Iria's Luxury Apartments is by far the best place i've ever stayed in during my holiday. It's extremely clean, spacious, the furniture is brand new and the bathroom and the shower are just perfect. The owners are really going the extra mile. Thank you George! As you've said in the first day, i did relax in this holiday :)

Ne am simtit foarte bine! Este a doua oara cand venim aici. Prima oara am fost in 2023, iar acum in 2025. Tot SUPER! Asternuturile si prosoapele sunt schimbate la 2 zile. Proprietarii minunati, comunicare la nivel super inalt si sunt foarte de treaba. Cu siguranta vom reveni!

Proprietarii, persoane deosebit de amabili și discreți. Curățenia de nota 11. În fiecare zi,se făcea curățenie,lenjerie schimbată la fiecare 2 zile. Apartament spațios, terasă foarte mare,doar că, era pe răsărit și prin urmare,se putea sta doar seara.Păcat că nu este finalizat drumul pe toată strada, fiindcă este o zonă în plină dezvoltare.
