Superb

The host was excellent! She was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information about places to go or where to eat. It's super clean and of modern style as well. This apartment hotel is only 7 minutes away from Gardaland and in close proximity to other amusement parks. There is also a lot of bars and a few restaurants in the area and.

The apartment was just a bit smaller than I expected but that was ok because we only stayed for 1 night in the area. The hotel is also right next to the street so it gets busy and a bit noisy at times.

Innen sehr schön, Lage speziell

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit viel Aufmerksamkeit für Details. Die Küche ist fast vollständig ausgestattet (ein Wasserkocher fehlt). Insgesamt wirkt alles gepflegt und durchdacht. Einige Punkte sind jedoch verbesserungswürdig: Die Handtücher sind recht hart. Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist unpraktisch – bei nach innen geöffneter Tür ist kein Platz zum Einsteigen, bei Öffnung nach außen wird das Bad nass und die Dichtungen lösen sich. Zudem schließt die untere Dichtung nicht richtig. Die Matratze reicht nicht bis zum Kopfende, wodurch eine große Lücke entsteht, und im Bereich des Kopfteils gibt es einen unangenehmen Geruch. Für längere Aufenthalte wären mehr Mülltonnen oder ein Hinweis zur Müllentsorgung hilfreich. Die Sitzmöbel sind eher für größere Personen geeignet.

Die Lage ist speziell: Direkt vor der Tür beginnt der Bürgersteig, wodurch wenig Privatsphäre entsteht. Obwohl die Straße nicht stark befahren ist, ist Verkehr gut hörbar. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Außerdem ist die Wohnung eher dunkel und gut einsehbar, weshalb man oft die Vorhänge geschlossen hält.

Tutto perfetto, dall' accoglienza di Enrico, all' appartamento dove non manca davvero nulla e soprattutto recente.

Struttura bella e funzionale

L’appartamento è molto bello, c’è tutto quello che serva anche un frigorifero grande. Il proprietario, Enrico e davvero molto gentile e da rotte le informazioni anche sui locali adiacenti.

Unico difetto, se ne devo trovare uno, è non avere un vero e proprio armadio.
