As a casually sophisticated and private retreat, it affords you the ability to bask beneath a sun drenched sky, relish the tranquility of the turquoise pool and become lost in the spectacular, expansive view of the Marino Ballena Whale Tail – the third largest sandbar in the world.

The villa offers every guest an intimate, private escape that affords the opportunity to listen and view a symphony of toucans, aracaris, and the distinctive early morning sound of the howler monkeys.
Villa Blü was completed in 2019 and is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with each bedroom designed as a private primary suite with both fans and air conditioning and their own signature bathrooms. Each with an exquisite ocean view where the sea meets the sky. The upstairs bedroom is King bed only where as the downstairs bedroom has the ability to convert from a King bed to two separate twin beds. The villa offers a clean, soft contemporary design with a modern touch. The home is fully stocked with everything you require in a home away from home. This includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, a convection wall oven and microwave, washer, dryer, high speed secure WiFi and a security safe. A propane BBQ is available outside the patio. A comprehensive guest book is available upon entry that will outline the local restaurants, farmer's markets, and activities that you may wish to explore. Casa Keepers, our available concierge service, will provide you with helpful, essential details for your tropical escape.
This panoramic view and luxury accommodation fifteen minutes away from Uvita, is only accessible to those adventurous enough to traverse our 4x4 jungle road.

First things first... From the moment I contacted Brenda, she was extremely sincere in her love for Costa Rica. They built this villa for themselves and it shows. Every detail was well thought thru. The views from every room look to the Whales Tale and mountains and ocean which were spectacular. The kitchen is a chef's dream. They have all you need to create a fabulous dinner party. Pots, pans and serving platters, baking supplies, spices, condiments and most anything you need.The beds are very comfy and beautiful bathrooms.The pool is wonderful to relax in after a day of excursions, so refreshing. The staff that cares for the property, Trina , Amelia and Jorge are fantastic. They are literally just a phone call away for whatever you may need. The road to the Villa is not nearly as bad as I anticipated. 4x4 is a must, but not a bad ride up especially after your first ride up! WE certainly will return to one of the best vacation rentals we have had. Absolutely loved it!

Passing through Costa Rica and stayed at home for 2 weeks. Home actually had everything you could think of to have a very comfortable stay with good view of whales tail at low tide. Brenda the host was very responsive and very helpful with some requests, and the property management team of Trina and Jorge continually impressed me with their constant engagement and communication.

The pool alone made this place the perfect destination!! The kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation and there was a myriad of places to sit to eat.

My fiance and I spent a week at Villa Blue working remotely and relaxing. it was AMAZING! The view from the property is out of this world. We’ve traveled all over and this was the best rental experience we’ve had. The house was clean and elegant with enough character to make it interesting, but super modern and open. The wifi was great, and the house was fully stocked with every kitchen appliance and comfort you need. The yard was full of butterflies, flowers and even toucans!It IS a drive up that hill, but we did it once a day for random adventures, getting groceries, etc, and it was fine for us! It’s part of the jungle experience. Trina was so wonderful and thoughtful, and Alf and Brenda, as well. They took such good care of us! The house is in the perfect location near enough to uvita and the beach (and we did a snorkle trip to Cano Island which was amazing), but high up in the mountain where you feel like you are on top of the world and the temperature is cooler and the breeze is amazing. We loved every second, doing yoga and meditating by the pool, cooking and eating on the patio.I can’t say enough about this property! Thank you, Trina!
