About this apartment rental
Welcome to our exquisite lakeside retreat, where you’ll be treated to breath-taking 180-degree views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range. Perfectly positioned on Frankton Road Lakefront, offering direct access onto the lakeside walking track below, and is a five-minute drive to both Queenstown town centre and the Five Mile shopping area, making it the ideal choice for your stay in Queenstown.
Guests have access to the entire house, providing ample space and privacy.
Upon arrival you’ll find a convenient double garage with an automatic door opener and internal access into the house. The garage also houses the laundry facilities, including a washing machine/dryer combo and laundry tub. It’s also a perfect space for storing ski gear.
The living area spans over two levels, maximizing the panoramic views from every angle. The top level features a large open-plan kitchen, dining, living room with a front row seat to the most attractive views of the Remarkables Mountains and Lake Wakatipu.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and a large island counter with bench seating allowing you to cook and prepare food if you wish.
The cozy lounge and dining area includes a gas fire, heat pump, smart TV with Netflix, complimentary wireless internet and a dining table for convenience.
Step out onto the deck and soak in the views and enjoy the beautiful afternoon sun. This level also includes a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, heater and ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating and direct access to the deck.
The lower-level features two additional bedrooms, each with a wardrobe, heater and ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating for added comfort. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other offers a super king bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request.
Conveniently located just a short drive from both Coronet and Remarkable ski fields and a two-minute walk to the nearest bus stop on Frankton Road.
You’re also just a five-minute drive from Queenstown’s town centre, where you can explore all the attractions the town has to offer. In the opposite direction, a five-minute drive brings you to the Five Mile shopping centre, which features cafes, restaurants, two supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.

We loved the view, to say the least, it was incredible! Only drawback was the road noise and the construction noise from the new house going up next door (which looks like it will be completed soon).
We had a SUV, so the driveway presented no challenges, but those with cars that have less clearance may be challenged a bit.
While you’re in town, do the K bridge bungee jump, it is incredibly beautiful! Skyline MTB riding was another highlight for us. We ordered take-out Thai food one evening, which was incredible. All in all you’re going to love this property, and this town!
