Check in was a complete NIGHTMARE .. SEVERAL TOWERS and elevator rides before we saw a sign that said "check in to tower 2" we were in tower 4. . The building was clean. However several pets in Jacuzzis and pools. While others were trying to relax. One dog owner never cleaned up the poop. Maintenance was very upset. The first day we walked to the hot tub outside. A couple was " getting a lil too frisky" with children around. several people complained. We stayed 15th floor. It was nice and clean. Great view. Employees are awesome!! Very helpful. The bartender was great. Coffee shop was great. Near a few things.
Walls are super thin.. you can hear everything...EVERYTHING in other hotels..

We stayed at the property for weekend on my daughters swim meet. The room was great for our family of 5 and was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the pools and beach. Would stay here again.

The property is exceptionally clean. Security staff is visible and very friendly giving a feeling of safety. The front desk staff also is very friendly.
