About this apartment rental
Our corner unit condo boasts views of the ocean from almost every window in the house and has all of the conveniences of home. It is located one block away from the ocean on Ashworth Avenue and is a 3-minute walk to the Hampton boardwalk.
The water views and people watching from the large and private deck are impressive and entertaining.
Our clean, modern and spacious three-bedroom condo has 2 ½ baths and central air. Appliances, furniture and beds are all new and the open concept layout of the condo offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. Three large screen TV’s (55-60 inch) with Cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi will provide you with all the conveniences of home.
The building has an elevator and a security system for entry. Comes with 2 Covered parking spots. The first floor of the condo consists of a master bedroom with king size bed / TV, full master bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, half bath, open concept combo kitchen/family room with TV. The second floor has two bedrooms both with queen beds, one full bathroom, a large den with a slider onto a large deck.
Both floors have living rooms with new sectional couches / ottomans that could double as sleeping accommodations. Both floors have plenty of closet and storage space. Bottom line is plenty of room to spread out and relax even for multiple parties.
Hampton Beach boasts a wide variety of activities for all ages (sunning, sailing, boating, swimming, walking, surfing, jet skiing, nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, bars, casinos, fireworks and more). Our condo is minutes from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA, Rye / Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, ME., Kittery Point and the Isles of Shoals. For concert goers and music lovers the area has many offerings. Just steps away is the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom is a seasonal live music and comedy venue located on the boardwalk of Hampton Beach. The venue is open from April to November, and within those eight months schedules top national and regional bands, solo artists, stand-up comedians and more. Also, nearby is the Blue Ocean Music Hall on the oceanfront Salisbury Beach, just a short drive away. For those that prefer the free music, the Sea Shell Stage on the boardwalk has two shows every night of the summer. Fireworks are seasonal and are viewable from our condo deck.

Beautiful, clean condo. Had everything we needed. Kitchen facilities had good higher end appliances, coffee maker, ninja, etc.Check in was easy. Just an awesome place!

This is a large condo with 3 full bedrooms and plenty of room for our group of 6. The 2 living rooms provide extra space and privacy for older teens. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. The location was perfect, close to everything - very easy to go back and forth from the beach throughout the day. Check In was super easy, the owner provided detailed, easy to follow instructions a few days before our arrival.

We had a great stay and visit. Location and proximity to beach and ocean is good. Some noise at night from street and neighborhood. Traffic flow is challenging during peak times.
