Pleasant

Room, view, room service. Service and staff at spa and ski room & shop were fantastic. The location is perfect when going to ski as ski-in/ski-out option. Don’t take this hotel if you are only interested in walks and visiting the village. There is no way to the village, other than taking the hotel’s on request shuttle (only 1850 Courchevel is served but no other areas) or walking along the car route

- Opted for twin beds that was confirmed but not arranged for (memtioned upon checkout. Due to late night arrival, we didn’t mention when finally being in the room) - it was my birthday during my stay but it was generously ignored (remarked upon checkout. Other than a sorry there was no reaction. Also what I find normal of a 5* and even 4*: no offer of water bottles for the way home or a little something as memory of the stay) - in the room there was a QR code to access the hotel’s spa menu, restaurant menu etc. When checking the restaurant’s menu, we detected a truffle fondue option. When we asked in the restaurant, we were told this was outdated and that the menu changed long time ago. The staff (3 of them) was keen to understand the rootcause of the misunderstanding and even asked for my friend’s mobile phone to evidence. Let’s not judge the fact that the mobile phone was taken away from my friend but I hope correction was taken

Hôtel déconseillé en raison de musique durant la nuit empêchant de dormir

Personnel aux petits soins (e.g. j'avais besoin de médicaments et ils sont allés les chercher pour moi). beaucoup de divers services dans l'hôtel, petit-déjeuner fort varié. Ils ont un skiroom, ils peuvent réaliser en quelques minutes un forfait, leur système de navette est très pratique pour aller partout dans Courchevel, aller à la piscine intérieure / extérieure / spa après le ski est très agréable .

1) Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié le fait que l'hôtel se sente obligé de nous infliger une "musique" dans le couloir durant la journée, ce qui empêche de lire tranquillement dans sa chambre ou de rêvasser. Pire, de nous infliger cela aussi durant la nuit. Alors même qu'elle est censée être éteinte à 22h m'a dit la réception, sur 7 nuits, j'ai eu : -une nuit où, dans l'incapacité de dormir à cause du niveau sonore, je me suis résolu à appeler la réception à 1h15 du matin pour obtenir qu'ils la coupassent -une nuit où j'ai été réveillé aux alentours de 6h du matin, impossible de me rendormir -une nuit où, à 22h30, voyant qu'elle n'était pas éteinte alors qu'elle était censée l'être à 22h30, j'ai dû appeler la réception C'est vraiment insupportable et quand je paye plus de 4000 balles la semaine dans l'hôtel, la moindre des choses, c'est que je puisse dormir correctement sans voir trois nuits (sans même parler de la journée) polluées par du bruit qui dérange plus qu'autre chose. Pour moi, ce genre de défaut est rédhibitoire. Je n'y retournerai donc pas et je déconseille cet hôtel (sauf pour les gens qui aiment bien être réveillés à 6h du matin, ou qui aiment ne pas pouvoir dormir avant 1h15 du matin, peut-être en existe-t-il). 2) J'ai été très étonné de la taille des lits dans les chambres. Le lit faisait du 1,90m. Je mesure plus de 1,90 mètre et donc je dépasse. Chez moi j'ai un lit plus grand, je pense qu'un hôtel pourrait faire de même. 3) Bien moins gênant, mais quelques lignes de leur facture peu compréhensibles, je ne savais pas trop à quoi cela correspondait, après je n'ai pas posé la question, je voulais prendre mon taxi, donc je n'ai pas cherché à creuser. 4) Pas sûr que le service d'hôtel "du soir" soit très utile.
