The property was a good location and a good price. We were there for 3 nights and it was located by restaurants, gift shops, and not far from Port Aransas, Mustang Beach, and Texas State Aquarium, We were out and about most of the time so it was good for relaxing at night after a busy day and sleeping. It was a great spot for our mini vacation.

The house was clean and appropriately furnished for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were adequately furnished. There were extra towels for the pool or beach. The pool was nice. We had a good time.
The kitchen was a bit too sparsely furnished. The frying pans allowed eggs to stick and were hard to clean. It would be nice to have a rug in the front room over the hard, cold concrete floor. One of the metal chairs at the table was broken and needs repair. The chairs on the front porch are rusted and fragile. We had to buy extra kitchen trash bags. More should have been provided.
