About this apartment rental
It is a newly renovated apartment for 2–3 people, featuring a large living room/bedroom and a small, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker. A shower/toilet, hair dryer, and towels are provided, as well as bed linens. The living area features a new flat-screen TV and a radio. You also have internet access. The bed is 1.60 m wide and 2.00 m long, with a new, high-quality mattress and an adjustable slatted frame. The apartment is located in a very quiet area in the upper spa district of Bad Kohlgrub; from the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. You can park for free in front of the house, and a duplex underground parking space is available upon request. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Bad Kohlgrub Kurhaus train station. Trains run hourly between Murnau and Oberammergau. Travel by train and bus in the Werdenfelser Land region is now free of charge when used in conjunction with the spa pass and the accompanying authorization voucher. The visitor’s tax is included in the rental price. The apartment is ideally located for day trips to the royal palaces in Füssen, Oberammergau, Linderhof, and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It’s just a few kilometers to Murnau and Lake Staffelsee.
Munich is about 70 km away. You can explore the surrounding area and go on beautiful hikes. Take the aerial cableway or hike up to the Hörnle; from there, you’ll have a wonderful view of the Ammergau Alps, the Ester Mountains, and the Karwendel Mountains, including the Zugspitze.

Das Appartment war perfekt für mich.
Die Vermieterin hat mir einen früheren zeitlichen Zugang verschafft,was für mich sehr gut war.
Der Balkon in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf die Berge war sehr schön.

Saubere und gepflegte kleine FeWo für zwei.
Für einen längeren Aufenhalt würden wir uns eine zweite gemütliche Sitzgelegenhet wünschen.

Die Gastgeberin war unheimlich rasch mit allem, kompetent und hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung ist 1A mit einem schönen Balkon und einer tollen Aussicht auf die Bergen.
