Clean, well kept apartment. A long walk, but still walkable, to the beach. They provided space heaters in case it got cold (which it did).
Very thin walls, easy to hear your neighbors. Parking is communal/unreserved, and rather small (we barely found space one of the nights). Shower gets at most lukewarm.
