Watch the vibrant neighborhood from the covered porch, take in the views and relax on the elevated deck, or enjoy the large open backyard and green space. Spend time with friends in the outdoor hot tub, or unwind in the spa like main bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, heated floors, and separate shower. Kids can hang out downstairs while playing Foosball, pinball, darts or watching their favorite shows on the 70" TV, while parents curl up to a good book under the skylights or catch a movie on Netflix.

The house is superb, way better than the pictures very clean ,neat and fully equipped. The add on is the games for all ages ,as a family of 5 children different ages from tennagers to toddler the house ease my vacation. Too much spaces enough for everyone.
David was a gentleman responding to all our concerns thank you David for letting us spend memorable moments in your house. Definitely will be Back again, the neighborhood so quite fully private and the Blue mountains village is just 5 minutes walk distance from the house along the beaches just 5 minutes drive .
Overall,plenty of activities around everything reachable even the grocery stores.
David keep up the good work and good luck.
