Welcome to Your Premium Mountain Getaway in Our Chic Treetop Townhome!
🛏 Accommodations:
Unwind in our spacious three-bedroom, newly remodeled end-unit townhome (renovated in 2022). Offering 1,650 square feet, our unique layout features:
A master bedroom with a King bed, an ensuite half-bath, and private access to a deck overlooking the woods.
Two guest bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and another with a Full bed and a Twin bunk.
A newer sleeper sofa in the living area, accompanied by a SMART TV for your entertainment.
FULLY-Equipped Kitchen:
Our inviting kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting modern amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, waffle maker, and high-quality pots and pans with all the tools you may need to cook including pizza slicer, lemon juice squeezer, garlic press, etc.

Why Choose Us:
Prime Location: We're the closest Treetop unit to the Ballhooter lift, Split Rock Pool, and the Village—all within a 100 to 300-yard walk.
Kids World Activity Center: We are just a few steps away from the new Snowshoe Kids World activities (kids lessons).NOTE 2025 2026 season this may move back to Shavers Center which is just past the Snowshoe Village.
Peace & Privacy: Being an end unit, our townhome offers added privacy and quietude, as there are no neighbors above, below, or behind. There are also no loud hallways, loud village noise or early morning snowcats.
Convenient Parking (Now also gated): Unload groceries or skiing equipment easily with parking available right at your door, plus additional spots in the communal lot.
Split Rock Pool/hot tub for daily fee per guest ($15, Children 6 years and under are free.) heated indoor and outdoor during the winter and summer. Hot tubs & Sauna - very short walk from unit

Just a 5-minute walk (.17 mile) to the Village, featuring restaurants, shops, and equipment rentals.
Connectivity:
Our unit offers strong Wi-Fi, recently updated, and is one of the few locations in Snowshoe where AT&T cell service is available.
Community Amenities:
Revel in the communal firepit, with firewood provided, or basketball hoop, or dine outdoors using our picnic tables.

Our contactless check-in and check-out process uses a unique keycode, allowing you to bypass long check in and check out lines and start your vacation immediately.

Great location - easy walk to lift. The place was well equipped and spacious. Host was responsive and provided clear communication. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely try to stay there again. Thanks!

We had a fantastic stay! The place had lots of room, was very clean, and felt comfortable right away. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, which made meals easy and convenient. The location was also great—close to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
