In an exclusive residential area with gardens, swimming pool and playground, you will find this cozy and bright apartment. With large terrace with furniture and overlooking the garden and pool area. A spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and comfortable double bed (150) and the other with two beds. From the two rooms you can access the terrace, as well as from the living room. Fully equipped to live all year.
The urbanization is surrounded by two supermarkets (one of them the Mercadona which is directly opposite one of the access doors), bakeries, cafes, restaurants and shops. One minute walk from the beach of Silgar and five from the Marina.
It has a comfortable garage where you can leave your car for the entire stay of your vacation, as it has everything very close.
