THE CITY:
JUAN LES PINS is a seaside resort very famous on the Riviera, ideally located between Cannes and Nice, the city is attached to Antibes (famous for the old antibes, the Provencal market.)
there are all the water sports, the harbor, the boat rentals .. You can go jogging to the famous Cap d'Antibes (Cape Tower: 8 km), there are restaurants and cafes that settle on the sand in the evening in summer. There is the famous Jazz Festival in July, shows at the Palais des Congrès ...
TRANSPORTS:
Everything can be done on foot, the station is 5 minutes if you want to easily go to all the cities of the Riviera. (Cannes is 15 minutes, Nice 30 minutes ...)
If you are driving there are parking spaces near the building and a large car park at 5 minutes walk (at the Palais des Congrès).
There are buses to Antibes, Cannes, the bus stop is right in front of the building.
A small tourist train will also take you to Antibes
There are easily taxis
You can arrive from Nice airport (17 km) by taxi, bus or car.

I loved this little studio in Juan Les Pins! It was my home for 10 days and I wished I could have stayed longer. I felt very safe and comfortable the entire time! Check in was so easy with Julie, and the owners answered my non stop questions so nicely before I arrived. This is a very clean and modern studio with all of the amenities (nice appliances including a washing machine!). I LOVED the little things that made it extra special, like the shopping bag on wheels that made me feel like a "French local" when I went grocery shopping, the black out automatic shade, the Nescafe expresso machine, the roll away bed for my daughter when she visited, the coat rack (silly but I really loved this, I am going to get one for my own house now!), and Julie lending me beach towels and her personal blender so that I could make smoothies! Best of all, it was a short 4 minute walk to the train station and a short walk to several bus stops. Very convenient area with everything nearby.I was so worried about the bed being a sofa bed, but it was so comfortable and I slept like a baby! I kept the bed out the entire time!Naturally there were some things that could be better: the dining table was hard to sit at because there's a metal rod underneath it (and I had to do computer work), the air conditioning is VERY loud so I slept with ear plugs, and the beach was under construction so I couldn't use it (so I'll have to come back next year!)But the view made up for these small issues!!!

Very nice apartment, great location, amazing view. The owner was always a great help, Julie too who was onsite for check in us in and resolve any issue. Julie has been wonderful and quick to respond to any request. Will come again
