We really enjoyed the staff and our apartment! We had all the facilities we needed and the staff were always available. We had two days where we had to wake up at 3:30AM to go outside of Cusco and the staff were awake to give us our breakfast to go. Super kind and generous also with our check-out and airport shuttle transfers.

Central location, around 10 minutes to Cusco main square. The room was small but overall nice and clean.

Secure and safe. Nice location to walk to restaurants and shopping. Nice to have the kitchen and tea. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Not reliable hot water and our family struggled with the wifi. The beds in the apartment were really firm and the living room wasn’t very cozy to relax. A little hard to find as we didn’t know the hotel was called Adolphs.
