un lave-vaisselle c'est bien à condition d'avoir des couverts et bols en conséquence, la copropriété est bruyante étage supérieur, on n'a pas la possibilité de décharger et charger notre véhicule dans la propriété. Mettre un mitigeur correct sur la douche. L'appartement mérité un isolation tant phonique que thermique.

La localisation 10-15 minutes de la plage à pieds 8 min à vélo Centre bourg à 10 minutes à pieds.
La “propriétaire” un peut pressente avec les poubelles.

La propreté du logement, son équipement et sa situation géographique.
Malgré une chaudière qui tournait en permanence et des radiateurs chauds, il faisait froid dans l'appartement. Il est vrai qu'il faisait très froid dehors, mais il y a un vrai problème d'isolation. C'est dommage car sinon tout était parfait, mais avoir froid avec une telle consommation d'énergie c'est anormal.
