    I’d say the club lounge access is worth is! Spent 3d/2n to relax. Lounge access where good!! Breakfast + evening Cocktails & starters + canapes + cheese + bread & desserts! All where good! Staff and chefs were very accommodating!

    I decided to stay at this hotel because it mentioned that you can directly walk to the terminal 3 airport. You can't, and they recommend you to take a shuttle. My parents who live in the Philippines drove me to the hotel. We parked the car, and requested for help with luggages, but was refused due to the fact that it is a shared facility. My parents are senior citizens, and their luggages were heavy so I thought it was ridiculous they couldn't send a bell boy to help assist elder people. They instead suggested to go back down to the parking, and move the car to request for valet. The aircon doesn't seem to be working in the lobby either, it was so crowded and hot. I checked into the room, and there were no towels, no bath mats. My parents room did not have them either. So I had to call room service to request for something that should have already been in the room. The rooms are not very sound proof either. My parents could not sleep well due to a drunk neighbor. Also since it is right next to the airport, the airplane noise is quite loud. The breakfast buffet was also very underwhelming. I stayed at the Edsa Shangrila prior to my arrival. Edsa Shangrila breakfast buffet cost slightly cheaper and food quality is much much better. Overall, I will never go back.
