About this house rental
Large open plan dining, lounge area has a Tv, Dvd, split system air conditioning and heating. There is also a pool table for the family to enjoy during their stay.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, a medium sized fridge and a microwave and is fully self-contained with ample pots and pans, cutlery and crockery for all the guests.
There are three bedrooms, the master with queen bed, second with double and single bed and the third bedroom has double bunk beds. A washing machine, iron and ironing board included in the laundry.
This home makes a perfect place to enjoy your family holidays being close to the Silverleaves general store and beach.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

The property itself was fine - bit of a smell in a few rooms though. Huge TV, excellent shower , lots of entertainment.

Stay was fine, and we all had a great time!
Couple points - freezer was not functioning when we got there , we didn’t realise how bad it was until we went to pull our food out and lost about $50 of food. Doona inserts smelt of urine and needed a wash . Tv’s in bedroom not working.
Pool table was great fun and kids had a blast learning to play pool
All and all we managed, and enjoyed the space, it was well stocked to accommodate family in many other ways .
