The location & space were great. The living room furniture was very sparse & the master bedroom needs additional lighting. We know the Edgewater property well having been an owner for 15 years and had a great time.

Beautiful beachfront resort, well-tended. Lovely and comfortable room. Check-in instructions were unclear - didn't know where to take trash, the gate code, or that wristbands were required on the property. Property manager not responsive.Overall though, great vacation on a great property in a great condo.

The location is awesome and the view is amazing. The property is as pictured. The property itself gets 5 stars.
There was a leak in the ceiling for 5 out of 8 days we were there. The leak was reported, pictures sent and nothing was done to alleviate the issue. We couldn’t close the door on the 2nd bedroom unless we moved our cooler that was being used to catch the leaking water. We also had a realtor come by to show the property to prospective buyers. She was told multiple times that we didn’t want her showing the property while we were there and entered the property anyway. I found this to be intrusive, unprofessional and an invasion of privacy. This was also reported and yet again nothing was done.
