This new luxury two story 3 bedroom townhouse is within very close proximity to all the features of main street, Cowes. Leave your car in the Units private lock-up garage and stroll into one of the many restaurants or cafes or onto the beach which is just a leisurely 300m stroll away.

For your enjoyment this townhouse offers open plan living upstairs with fully self contained modern kitchen, polished stone bench-tops and a spacious living zone stretching to the very generous alfresco bbq entertaining deck outside (North facing).

Downstairs there are three bedrooms, family bathroom and a fully equipped laundry.

The front garden is fully fenced with a lovely patio area and a single lock up garage.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
