The open-plan living and kitchen area includes electric cooking appliances, a microwave, a Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi—perfect for family entertainment or winding down after a day at the beach.
Ideal for families or groups, the property comfortably sleeps up to six guests:
- Master bedroom with king bed
- Second bedroom with queen bed
- Third bedroom with two single beds
The combined bathroom and laundry includes a shower, washing machine, and dryer—everything you need for a fuss-free beach holiday.
Enjoy sunny afternoons in the large shaded courtyard, complete with BBQ and outdoor dining furniture—perfect for alfresco meals and summer evenings.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.

The location was great walking distance to the beach. The couch and chairs in the lounge where uncomfortable and the detail on the bed sizes was Incorrect and I had to buy more linen to fit king bed when it was stated as queen double and singles. Otherwise we had a great time.

Loved the location.....
a. The shower head of the property fell off during our stay....
b. Toilet was leaking water
c. Kitchen area smelt
d. Kitchen scissors very dirty

No AC, only a heater ! At least provide a fan
Overall though you won’t be disappointed , the owners have done a nice job of making it a quintessential beach shack 👍
