Muy bien, perfecto situado, cómodo, 5 habitaciones, tres dobles y dos individuales. Dos WC’s completos. Cocina equipada y zona salón comedor. Edificio con ascensor. Céntrico.

L'host è stato molte gentile sia nell'accoglierci sia per averci consentito di toglierci una sanzione per essere entrati (senza saperlo) nella zona dotata di telecamere in cui è situato l'appartamento vietata all'accesso delle auto dei non residenti. L'appartamento è grande con stanze ampie. Purtroppo siamo capitati un periodo (rarissimo) con molto freddo e pioggia ed una stanza aveva il condizionatore con pompa di calore guasto: ma ha subito rimediato attraverso una stufa elettrica. Inoltre il frigo era pieno di bevande (anche della famosa birra locale) a disposizione ed in cucina buste di te ed infusi vari per la colazione oltre ad ogni genere di elettrodomestico disponibile.
Una sistemazione/ampliamento della portata della caldaia che riscalda l'acqua per la doccia non sarebbe male, soprattutto in caso di gruppi numerosi che debbano utilizzare i bagni disponibili contemporaneamente,
