Das Mietobjekt hatte eine super zentrale Lage....

Es war leider nur ein Kurzurlaub, denn gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben. Eine saubere, schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit toller Lage - Park mit Spielplatz, Restaurants & Cafés sowie der Strand direkt vor der Haustür, besser hätte es für uns mit Kleinkind nicht sein können! Ebenso war vorab eine super Kommunikation mit dem Team von Baltic-Appartements möglich. Danke dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Stranddüne 10 und wieder sehr zufrieden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral zur Promenade, zum Strand und den Restaurants.
Wir haben schon für 2021 gebucht!

Das Objekt wahr schön, allerdings beim zweiten Blick nicht ganz Sauber. Das WLAN und der Fernsehempfang funktionierte nicht.
Nach der ersten Beschwerde kam der Hausmeister und wechselte ein Kabel aus, es funktionierte immer noch nicht. Nach der zweiten Beschwerde kam der Techniker, der im Haus allerdings keinen Zugang hatte. Nach längerem Suchen hat er allerdings einen Zugang im Flur gefunden, dort hat er sich drangemacht und danach funktionierte wieder alles.
Alles in allem kann ich nur sagen, auf Beschwerden reagiert man.
Aber das sowas überhaupt zu beanstanden ist, ist mir unbegreiflich.
