Great place and cozy. Good for people with small grounds and pets

The location of the property was fantastic. We skied at four different resorts over four days, and it was easy to get to all of them. The kitchen included all of the pots, pans, utensils, etc. that we need. Also, the host Adam was easy to contact. Overall, the property was perfect foe a ski trip for our family of four.

Host was very responsive and helpful! Property is able to accommodate many people (lots of beds). And hot tub was a bonus.

This place is in a prime spot for getting to the Cottonwood Canyons, but we ran into several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. One of the main problems is the minimal soundproofing in the ceiling, which meant we heard loud footsteps and things dropping from the upstairs unit at all hours. Flushing the main toilet also triggered a strange gurgling in the nearby kitchen sink, producing a slight odor. The second bathroom’s shower had very poor water pressure. Additionally, the property has two narrow driveways: one requires a sharp angle and is quite steep, while the other has a pronounced dip. If your car doesn’t have enough clearance, be prepared to scrape the bottom. Finally, be aware that most deliveries—whether food or packages—tend to be dropped off at the upstairs unit instead of this one.
