Your temporary membership gives you access to:
• 4 Beaches (Beach 3 is walking distance)

Parking
• Maximum of 4 vehicles (must park in the driveway, no street parking allowed)

Community Fees (Required)

Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community with exceptional amenities. The following fees are required by the association for all renters and will be added to your reservation total after booking:
1. Temporary Membership (per person):
• In-Season (May 24–Sept 2):
$8.50 per person, per day OR $42.50 per person, per week
• Off-Season (Sept 3–May 23):
$2 per person, per day
• Children under 6 are free
2. Gate Card (per vehicle): $20 per stay
3. Admin Fee: $20 per reservation
4. Late Registration Fee: $100 if registration is submitted less than 3 days before arrival

Note: These fees are set by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association. They are mandatory regardless of amenity usage and will be added to your quote after booking.

What We’ll Need from You (After Booking)
To complete community registration and avoid a late fee, please send us the following at least 5 days before check-in:
• Full names and ages of all guests
• Names and driver's license info for each driver
• Make, model, year, license plate, and state registered for each vehicle

Other Things to Know
• No smoking inside the home
• Linens and towels are provided
• Minimum rental age: 25 (ID required)
• Security cameras are located at the front door and back deck (outdoors only, for safety)
