Good stay
It was a nice stay. The hotel has its own parking, buffet breakfast included, and a comfortable room. The hotel also has its own beach nearby, so you don’t have to pay for the sunbeds, but each day you need to ask for a “ticket” at the reception, which you’ll need to show at the beach 😊
The hotel has its own pool, but it’s impossible to go for a swim or even sit by it in the evening. We wanted to do that a few times, but by 7–8 p.m. the doors leading to the pool area were already locked, and there was no one at the reception, so we never got the chance to spend even a little time by the pool.

Incompetent and rude manager/owner
New hotel.
The manager and owner. After an accident on their property there was a refusal to speak with us. My mother had to go for stitches and a tetanus injection. We visited the clinic 4 times. I tried to complain to the manager but he denied he was the manager! I later found out he was the manager and owner.
Very rude with us via the receptionist. They denied all responsibility for the accident. It was done on their private decking on their private beach. A broken step which was rusty and razor sharp. Seriously cut my elderly mothers leg. There was no duty of care whatsoever. Complete negligence. I requested a sign be put up to warn other people, but it didn't happen. It was truly awful. It could have been handled so much better. Vladimir needs to learn some customer care and manners. His hotel guests are his responsibility whilst on his premises. It ruined the holiday as we couldn't get the wound wet, and my mother struggled getting about for the first 4 days. Very disappointing response from everyone.
Also, the pool is in the shade. The breakfast was below average, and the owner was rude. Avoid! There are a lot of other nicer places to stay in Ksamil

A comfortable and convenient stay by the beach with great amenities and excellent value for money.
Excellent accommodation – exactly as described and shown in the photos. The hotel is clean, professional, and well-maintained with regular housekeeping and the pool is a cherry on the top. Lori Beach is just steps away, and the stay includes a free umbrella and two chairs. Restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance, parking is free, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a great value for the price.
The mattress was quite soft and you really sink into it. My spouse loved it, but it wasn’t ideal for me – something to keep in mind depending on your preferences. Also, not the hotel’s fault, but the town can be noisy with loud music playing until around midnight.

Delightful stay in Ksamil
Very friendly staff at the reception (Viola, you are great!). One of the best locations in Ksamil with perfect views on 2 beaches and the sea, good breakfast, very clean and comfortable room. Also free ticket for Lori beach, which we thought was one of the nicest and most clean ones.

The hotel has good breakfast, nice, helpful staff. The location is close to Lori beach, for which we had free access.
The room and bathrooms were clean.
The noise from the city can be heard in the night, you can solve this issue with earplugs though.
There were no towel holders in the bathroom which was really incomfortable.

A very clean hotel with a beach club attached. You can use the sun beds for free with the hotel which is great. The staff were helpful when we asked for things and great communication beforehand too.
The pool was nice but would’ve been good to have the bar open to make use of the pool a bit more. It’s a little walk from the main restaurants but if you have a car this isn’t a problem

Value for money
We loved the location with it being on Lori beach and away from the centre (just a 12 min walk to the centre). The breakfast was delightful! Good selection, fresh and enough choice. The aubergine was to die for :)
Friendly staff, Lena went out of her way several times to assist with our queries. Organised a fantastic taxi and driver to take us back to airport via Llogora pass.
New hotel so good facilities, powerful shower and great beds.
Shower did make a loud noise when in use. Sofa bed in our deluxe suite was uncomfortable and squeaky.

Disappointing for the price given the other options available
The property looked new and recently built with good facilities, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great with good options to choose from, and the patullas were the best we’d had during our entire trip in Tirana.
The location is a bit distant from the centre of town with no path through the beaches to get to other areas, it was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants especially in October as it’s not tourist season, and most places don’t operate at all despite their google listings showing them as open. There was no front staff when we got there to check in and had to wait for someone to arrive and check us in, similarly for check out we had to go and find the staff for the same. The room we were initially given had no towels or bed sheets and was clearly not ready for guests so they had to change it to another one, and it wasn’t until we got back late from dinner that we realised the duvet didn’t have a cover on it. The room also was listed as having a mini bar but the fridge was in fact unplugged and empty.

A beautiful hotel, but I cannot recommend it.
This is a difficult review to write. You can see that I think this is a great hotel to stay at. And it is. BUT, this is what I wrote about it even before we left today, because I knew I would be asked to review it…
I really, really, really want to give this hotel the highest possible rating. But unfortunately, I just can’t.
First, the good news. It is a beautifully designed hotel, very nicely furnished, with great views of the beach and the mountains, very friendly and concerned staff, very well laid out. The bed is very comfortable, the verandah of our room was spacious, the internet pretty good, the swimming pool beautiful.
It certainly deserves a five star rating, but…
There are no towel racks in the beautiful bathroom. Very minor, but still a problem.
For breakfast, There are plenty of selections, but most were not very good. The omelette and olives were so salty they were inedible, as were many other things. The sausage? basically low-quality hotdogs.
Here is a problem I have experienced as I have traveled in the Balkans. It is not simply the problem of this hotel. They play crappy popular music in this hotel very loudly first thing in the morning, and everywhere else at all times. They did turn it down upon request, but I should not have had to ask. You cannot escape this loud music wherever you go. We have avoided a number of restaurants for dinner for exactly the same reason. Loud, crappy music. I would make the same objection even if I liked the music.
The exterior light for the verandah cannot be turned off from the room. They eventually turned it off, sometime after midnight. Which means that in order to have the room dark, you have to close the curtains of the room. So no fresh air at night.
You only get one key for the room. That’s it. Since we’re not joined at the hip, one of us wanted to stay in the room for a while, and the electricity will not work without the key, the other left without a key. We hit upon the solution of leaving the key at the front desk so that the other could access the room. But there is NO reason why two keys cannot be available. It is inconvenient at the very least NOT to have two keys.
The worst Problem we encountered was not exactly the fault of the hotel. A bar near the hotel plays incredibly loud, crappy music, from about 8 on. It made sitting on our veranda unpleasant. They turned it down a bit after 10 o’clock, but it was still way too loud to sleep. So we had to close the door of our veranda in order to get some sleep. ALL THREE NIGHTS. The hotel said there was nothing they could do. If it were my hotel, I would be talking to other hotels in the area.

One of the best hotel I have ever been
The hotel, the room, are really clean. The staff is really nice. Beach just in front of the hotel with umbrella and beds included in the price of the room.They have good food with a lot of selection for breakfast. Restaurant on the beach with good food. They have parking included.
Balconies where we had our dinner in relax with room service (free of charge).
We really recommend this hotel, we are really really satisfied.
