About this house rental
Conifer is the perfect place to get away from the stress of the city. Wildlife watching abounds and outdoor activities are just minutes away. Staunton State Park is only a few miles away. Enjoy gold medal trout fishing on the South Platte River. Play disc golf or go zip lining at Beaver Ranch. Rocky Mountain Park, Garden of the Gods, or the gambling getaways of Black Hawk and Central City are easy day trips. I'd love to welcome you to place I'm blessed to call home.
You will be staying in the lower level of my home. It has a separate entrance. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. There is a full bath with a tub and shower combo. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, and coffee pot and there is a grill outside.

Cozy, quiet, comfortable setting high in the Rockies with endless views of surrounding peaks and valleys. Very accommodating and pleasant hostess.

Deb was very nice to work with. The rooms were just what we were looking for, and very comfortable. Took a walk on the property and it was beautiful to see the trees. I took a lot of pictures of the scenery, aspens, evergreens and rocks. Thank you so much Deb

It is in an interesting location. Hard to get into the driveway. Junk car and materials in the he yard. Path to the lower level is not poor. It would help to keep the weeds down.
