About this apartment rental

1 Br efficiency nautical themed with queen bed and pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower. Beautiful balcony over looking the pool. Laundry room located on property. 2nd story condo. Flat screen TV with dvd. Short 2 minute walk to the beach. Many outdoor grills located on property. This condo is located on scenic 30A with short walks to many shops and restaurants. Bike and chair/umbrella rentals available. No Cleaning fees:). I live close by and clean it myself.

Must be 25 y/o or older to reserve.

Five days in Sea Grove, girls trip style! Close walk to the beach (public acccess), nestled between private beaches. Clear water white sands. Close to small shops and cafes. Down the road from Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Unit has no beach towels or ocean items, so bring some along! Condo was clean and tidy, laundry facility is close with plenty of washers/dryers, small pool area but nice. Definitely described well and met our needs. Favorite eats were takeout from Salty Butcher and a pineapple/coconut bowl from Prema Cafe. Hopeful to return to 30A one day!

Mattress is very old and needs replacing, also place needs a good cleaning. The walls above the bed were covered in dust and the floors were dirty.
