The renovated approximately 55m ² Holiday Apartment Holiday Beach is located in the 2nd Floor right on the beach of Las Marinas, 3.5 km from the center of Denia on the Costa Blanca. It offers a large communal pool of 10x20m and a communal garden. The apartment has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (2x2m and 1,40x2m beds), 1 guest toilet, 1 shower room, 1 living dining room, kitchen, utility room, 1 free 4 m² balcony and a closed 7m² panoramic balcony with direct fantastic view to the beach and to the sea.

The nearest supermarket is 1 km away. Some restaurants and bars are a 3-minute walk away. Macizo de Montgó Nature Reserve is a 10-minute drive away.
Denia is a city on the east coast of Spain. It is located between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca. Tourists appreciate the 20 km long sandy beach, which merges at the height of the district Las Rotas in rock and stone coast. For hikers is the nature reserve Montgó named after the homonymous mountain Denias with 753 m altitude, a typical layered mountain that rises lonely in the sky and runs out in the Cabo de San Antonio. In the vicinity of the city there are Roman, Moorish and Spanish ruins and in the worth seeing neighboring town of Javea, the Cabo de la Nao with its lighthouse, which offers in clear weather a view of Ibiza. Denia is also called the gateway to the Costa Blanca. The highest point of the city is still the castle, which rises about 60 m above the harbor. In Denia's Flea Meile Marques de Campo Tapas friends get their money's worth. For the sports enthusiasts Denia z. B. Horseriding in the Sierras or diving in the cliffs of Playa de las Rotas.
Access:
Denia is connected by motorway AP 7 Salida 62 to the two airports Alicante and Valencia with a journey time of about 1 hour, as well as the national road N-332.
From Denia there are ferries to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca.
The current ferry companies are Balearia and Iscomar.
The railway line L9 of the FGH (railway company) connects Denia with Alicante,
- Electricity will be charged according to consumption with 0.35 € per kwh
- 1 x bed linen and 2 towels can be booked for 15 € per person and is payable locally

Da wir schon mehrmals in dieser Anlage waren,sind wir immer wieder begeistert von der Urbanication.
Super Lage direkt am Strand und die Anlage wird täglich gesäubert und gereinigt.
Auch in der Umgebung findet man vom Bäcker zum Einkaufscenter alles.

Stayed here for two glorious weeks. Flat is actually a lot prettier than the pictures suggest and the view is just breathtaking. Walking straight onto the beach from the garden was brilliant and the pool area was also lovely.
The only disappointing aspect of our stay was the Wifi. We were traveling with our two children and had promised them we would have access to Wifi (which we don't have at home). They were really excited about the prospect of two weeks with Wifi and indeed it was one of the few search filters I had applied so it was disappointing that we were unable to connect to it when there.
In every other way this holiday was perfect. Denia is a lovely town and there were three big supermarkets within a ten minute walk.
Hope to be back someday!
