Lazarus Private House

A lovely, cozy, and very clean house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace with sea view is absolutely perfect for relaxing with a coffee or glass of wine. The location is excellent, you can swim just a couple of minutes from the house, or explore many nearby coves with crystal-clear water. By car, it’s very easy to reach Antisamos and Myrtos beaches, which are both stunning. Within walking distance, there are tavernas with delicious food, bakeries, cafes, and small shops. If you need a bigger supermarket, Sami is only 5 minutes away by car. Melissani Lake is just around the corner, and walking along the seaside to Sami is also very enjoyable. Having a car makes everything even more convenient and allows you to explore the whole island. We are very grateful for the warm hospitality! The hosts left us water and sweets, which was such a thoughtful gesture. A special thank you for allowing us to stay with our dog, it made our holiday even more enjoyable ☺️

Honestly, there were no real downsides. Some of the furniture and fittings are a bit older and could use a small update, but this did not affect the comfort or the cozy atmosphere of the house at all

Casa indipendente in zona tranquilla (in Giugno), con possibilità di raggiungere Sami a piedi sul lungomare. Ristrutturazione recente. Arredo funzionale, ottima pulizia, elettrodomestici ben funzionanti, zanzariere alle finestre, serramenti nuovi. Il proprietario è intervenuto prontamente per riparare la serratura nella quale ci si è spezzata la chiave.

Aria condizionata migliorabile. Presente solo nella camera da letto e puntata sul letto. Bagno un po' piccolo e senza bidet.

Village house, which has all amenities. Very good location, you can reach on feet Melisani lake. You can see the sea from terrace of this house. Of course, you need rent a car.
