Dobrze urządzony apartament, wszystko co niezbędne do codziennego funkcjonowania. Pralka, żelazko, odkurzacz, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Obok mieszkania supermarket, w którym można robić codzienne zakupy. Do basenów na piechotę 5 minut drogi spokojnym tempem.
Jako minus daje trzaskające drzwi od moskitiery i słaby zamek w sypialni przez co w nocy otwierały się drzwi.
