Great place to stay

Everything! Start with a warm welcome from the host. The lady is extremely friendly and it feels like you are welcome by the "aunty". Very nice building, clean, very well decorated, modern. Great size apartments with the AC, little kitchen, washing machine. Everything you need for a comfortable, peacefull stay. Amazing views from both balconies. 10 min walk down the hill to the beach and max 20 min walk up the hill to the apartment. Bus €1.30 each way. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood.

We loved staying at Apartment Kati. We recomand it!

I loved the view from the apartment. I am a sunset lover and the view to the sunset was amazing. I attached a picture. The kitchen was full equipped and the apartment was very clean. Kati and Attila are amazing hosts, we are happy we met them. We liked that we had a parking place so close, it was located right behind the house. The location is amazing, close to the city center and there are cheap parking places so you can go with the car at the beach. We loved the international beach.

The house is located on a hill and it could be tiring to walk it down to the city center, but as I said you can drive to the city and just park near de beach. So for us it was no problem.

A nice weekend on the beach with friendly hosts.

Very friendly hosts, who spoke Croatian, German, Hungarian. Spaceous rooms, well equipped kitchen, aircon. Everything working well. Nice view on sea from balcony. Cleanlyness, comfortable beds and pillows.

The distance from coast was 15 min walk and -up to iPhone 110m down and up. When walking uphill after an exhausting day on beach it felt longer and higher. However it was fairly communicated in advance, there is a local bus line, commuting every 1,5 hours (stop just 50m from the appartement) and you can drive down and up, there are parking places in the down near beach.

Nice apartment with a sea view from terrace

I and my girlfriend had the top floor apartment with a terrace with a sea view; we used it for breakfasts and dinners. The apartment was clean and well equipped; all tools for cooking were available. Free parking spots belonging to the house were available. The home lady (house owner) was very nice and helpful. She was waiting for us on arrival date and gave us all information also during the stay. The house is located on a steeper street, ca. walking 15min away from the main city beach. I would recommend this apartment :)

The owner was very kind to us. The view from our terrace was outstanding.

Due to the geography of the town unfortunately the way back from the beach (up to the hill :) ) was a bit uncomfortable by foot.

Could only advice to visit. Comfortable clean apartments with really nice owner.

Very cozy and comfortable apartments. Everything is included : fully equipped kitchen , really nice bed, PERFECT view from balcony on sea and city. Also really nice and kind owner : she met us when we arrived after 19:00 and gave us keys. Also briefly introduced apartments and all the surroundings e.g. way to the sea, nearest shops and points of interest, then adviced us where to travel and gave their own production wine to taste. As result we are fully happy.

Для начала хочу сказать - это был наш лучший отпуск ! 1.Хозяева: просто прекрасные , милые, добрые люди, беспокоились о каждом нашем дне , интересовались как нам спалось. 2. Апартаменты : чистота 💯% В апартаментах есть все необходимое , кухонные принадлежности ( тостер , чайник, сендвичница, так же разные столовые приборы и посуда ) В туалете есть мыло для рук и чистые полотенца , фен и стиральная машина. Чистое постельное белье , прищепки сушилка для белья, так же сейф . Мебель и оборудование тоже чистое , ухоженное и новое. Есть кондиционер и телевизор. 3. Расположение : 👍 Из окна вид на море , два балкона, чистая , ухоженная зона возле дома . Отдельная парковка прямо возле дома. Дом стоит на горе , нам с маленьким ребёнком было трудно добираться до пляжа ( вниз идти ок , наверх тяжело особенно по жаре , мы ездили на машине ) но это и плюс ➕ потому что тихая уютная атмосфера не прям в центре города, и приятно быть вечером на балконе. Но центр города в пешей доступности (20 минут пешком , 5-7 минут на машине) , так же все магазины и хорошие пляжи с мелкой галькой . Спасибо огромное за наше пребывание ♥️

Excellent.

Our stay was superb. The hosts were extremely kind; they helped us with everything. Our room was well equipped and spotless. You also get your own parking spot, and then you can just walk down to the beach/shops/restaurants (they are a 10-15-minute walk away). I would highly recommend this place; we had no issues whatsoever with our stay and would definitely come back :) Tökéletes volt. Kati és Attila rendkívül kedvesek voltak és segítettek mindenben. A szobánk nagyon jól felszerelt volt, illetve teljesen tiszta. Van egy fedett parkoló is, ahol, ha leteszed az autót, utána simán le lehet sétálni 10-15 perc alatt a partra vagy boltokhoz, éttermekhez. Nagyon ajánlom ezt az apartmant, mi mindenképp visszamennénk😊.

Crikvenica nyaralás

Kedves, szimpatikus házigazdák, az apartman nagyon szépen rendben tartott, rendkívül tiszta, kényelmes. A konyhai eszközök, tányérok, edények szinte újak voltak. Mindegyik szobához saját parkolóhely tartozott. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat,legközelebb is biztos itt szállunk meg.

A tengerpart 15 perc kényelmes séta, ami felfelé jövet emelkedős, de teljesen bírható. Viszont kárpótlásként a kilátás gyönyörű!

une très bonne adresse et un très bon rapport qualité prix à Crikvenica !

Une belle surprise que cet appartement à Crikvenika ! mieux en réalité qu'en photos ! et très bon rapport qualité prix ! Déjà une hôte adorable, super sympathique et serviable malgré la barrière de la langue (parle allemand mais pas anglais), ainsi que son mari. Ensuite, une demeure charmante, très en hauteur, et un appartement vraiment cosy et charmant. Beaucoup plus grand qu'il en a l'air. C'est spacieux, élégant, très propre et décoré avec gout et sens du détail, beaucoup de boiseries et une mansarde bien pensée. Lit très confortable et grand, cuisine super équipée (même un petit lave vaisselle !), salle de bains très confort avec une colonne de douche moderne et pratique, et un bon débit. Un grand balcon avec store électrique et une vue géniale, hyper lointaine et dégagée. Mais aussi, et on ne le voit pas sur les photos booking, une vue panoramique sur toute la baie de Krk dans l'appartement car les 3 fenetres le long du mur donnent aussi sur mer donc quand tout est ouvert c'est une vue panoramique entre le balcon et les fenetres qui s'offre à nous, c'est vraiment top ! et quand on mange sur la table de cuisine, superbe vue aussi du coup ! Tout est prévu : étendoir, pinces à linges, matériel de nettoyage, de cuisine, parking ombragé... Et des petites attentions très sympathiques, petits bonbons, boissons au frigo... Maison située à Crikvenica, donc grosse station balnéaire centrale bien placée pour faire la riviera depuis Opatija jusqu'à Senj et aussi profiter de Krk sans les prix qui vont avec... Bref une très bonne adresse.

RIEN. Quelques suggestions : prévoir un dessous de plat et une planche à découper à la cuisine et un store plus opaque pour la porte fenêtre pour mieux assombrir le matin. Si le lambris du plafond était peint en blanc avec juste les poutres qui resteraient en teinte bois, ce serait vraiment magnifique avec une sensation de hauteur et de luminosité géniale dans ce bel appartement ! merci pour tout !

Super cena za ubytovanie .

Ubytovanie super ! Výhľad na more a na hory . Zrenovovaný dom ,čistý , parkovanie za domom . Kryté a osvetlené parkovacie miesto . Mali sme apartmán č.2 . Jedine malinké mínus je vzdialenosť od mora ,ale to sme vedeli . K moru a od mora sa dá chodiť aj miestnym autobusom príp. taxi . My sme ,ale chodili po výletoch do okolitých miest a na ostrov Krk ,tak nám ani nevadila vzdialenosť k moru. Domáci bývajú na prízemí domu ,čakali nás . Mali sme aj dohodnutý skorší príchod . Domáci sú veľmi ochotný ! V noci kľudná ulica . Klimatizácia bola plne funkčná . Aj pri mori sa dá zaparkovať zadarmo len sa musí dlho hľadať parkovacie miesto . Kuchyňa plne vybavená . Len nie je mikrovlná rúra ,ale nie je ani v popise . Dá sa bez nej fungovať :)

все было супер! Номер отличный, хозяева милые и приятные, кондиционер работает, балкон отличный для семейной трапезы, душь отличный, расположение своеобразное - для сильных духом и любителей гулять пешком, до моря 15 мин пешком вниз и обратно в крутую горку но нам нравилось как челендж после пляжа забраться на гору :) на машине очень удобно ездить на пляж и в центр.

Mi ide biztosan nem fogunk többet visszatérni a kritikán aluli hozzáállás miatt.

Tiszta volt, kényelmes, szép apartman.

A fogadtatás kellemetlen volt. Előre, időben megbeszéltük, hogy nem feltétlen tudjuk elfoglalni a szállást 22:00 óra előtt, ezért 22:00-23:00-ra állítottuk be az érkezést. Végül 22:53-kor érkeztünk meg, amit út közben le is kommunikáltunk. A szállásadó úgy fogalmazott, hogy nem szívesen fogad minket. Sajnos ennek hatására többszőr éreztették velünk, hogy nem örülnek nekünk, ezért az ottlétünk is feszélyezett volt. Az egyik este hazaérkezésünket követő 5 percen belül bekopogtattak agresszívan, hogy hangosak vagyunk, holott embertársainkra odafigyelve csendben igyekeztünk lepihenni. Az egyetlen zajforrás a lépteink lehettek. Értetlenül álltunk a szituáció előtt, hisz korábban sosem volt problémánk szállás adóval, illetve az értékelések is bíztatóak voltak.
