This is a great apartment located a mere block away from South Lake Avenue, which I dubbed the restaurant capital of Pasadena. It's also close to CalTech, and good grocery shopping at Trader Joe's or Pavilion.
The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, though somewhat sparsely furnished. Glendy was a super host! When a few things in the apartment had problems, I called Glendy and a handyman would appear almost instantly and fix the problem.
I would definitely recommend this apartment!

We enjoyed the convenient location of this apartment, about a half block away from Lake and all the shops and restaurants. It was very quiet at night.

The apartment is what the owner described. Very convenient, close to everything. Reserved parking spot in the garage provides feeling of additional security. I had an issue with the garage opener on the day of move-in. The owner came right away to resolve the issue. I will stay here again. I will definitely recommend to my friends about this apartment.
