Far away from traffic, hustle and bustle, at about 700m above sea level, yet only 4km from Zell am Ziller, is our little mountain farm. Our completely detached house offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and is the ideal place to relax and forget the everyday to leave behind.
Our house is ideal for nature lovers, leisure seekers, and families! Especially popular is our Finnish Saunathütte, embedded in the orchard which is located and offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.

Domestic equipments:
The spacious and comfortably furnished, ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 8 people
fully equipped KITCHEN with Tyrolean dining area, flat screen TV
spacious bathroom with wall heaters, hair dryer
two separate bedrooms (1 double room with cot 160cm and a double room plus single bed)
in the overlying floor, there is a third separate room with shower / WC, satellite TV, separate entrance

Summer: covered terrace with adjoining lawn

We come to Zillertal for skiing almost every year, staying in different apartments, and we never met so warm hospitality like this time at Martina's and Robert's house.
Everything here is made with care and well thought to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the beds indulge, and the bathrooms are clean and roomy.
And the private sauna is exactly what we needed after a ski day.
Definitely we will be back again!

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely house for more than a week in Jan/February. In short, everything was absolutely perfect.
Both apartments were very well maintained and clean. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, both bathrooms are clean - not to mention renovated - and the ski boot drying rack is a very welcome addition. The property itself is breathtaking, as it is surrounded with beautiful views.
The sauna is amazing: both size-able for 6 people, and relaxing. In addition, I would be remiss to leave out that the sauna also features a wonderful view! This sauna is a treasure, particularly after a day of skiing.
Martina and Robert have gone above and beyond to think of everything you need while staying in their home! They are both wonderful hosts, as Martina kindly offered to bring freshly baked bread every morning. We felt spoiled by her kindness and attention.
We were there during the winter time, but I can imagine that it is as much interesting and beautiful in the summer. Several hiking trails start right from the property. Also, if you are traveling with kids, they will love Martina and Robert's small animal farm.
I would definitely recommend this lovely house to anyone travelling to Zillertal. If we come back, this is no doubt where we will be staying.
