A 3 1/2 room apartment in the middle of the baroque old town of Bischofszell. A separate staircase leads to the cozy attic apartment on the 3rd Floor (without elevator). The apartment is practical and family-friendly. 2 bedrooms (1x double bed / 2x single bed) a pull-out sofa, a bathroom, a kitchen, living room with gallery. TV and WiFi available.
The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of public transport. By car you can reach Bischofszell via the A1 exit Oberbüren or Gossau. Free parking in front of the house. Shops, playground, restaurants, Thur with Thur bridge, swimming pool in about 500 m. Nature reserves, pond, airfield, golf course in about 2 - 3 km. St. Gallen (monastery, abbey library, museums), Constance, Appenzell, Alpstein (hiking), Lake Constance in approx. 15 - 20 km

The apartment was lovely, roomy and bright for the two of us. Great location for exploring the area. Tina was very responsive both when getting things set up, as well as on site. The church bells are pretty close and intense, but if you close windows or like bells it is a good location.

The location of this apartment was perfect for exploring the many gorgeous paths and trails in the area. Tina was a top notch host.. available to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. I was concerned about the church bells, but they really weren't a problem as they don't ring from 11 p.m.-6 a.m. I am hoping for a return visit next year!

Our stay was lovely! Bischofszell was a wonderful home base for us to explore this region of Switzerland from. And the town itself felt like home to us. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for a small family.

This property is lovely, perfectly situated in Bischofszell. We enjoyed our week here very much. The location is excellent for day trips in the area as well. As far as the property it had everything we needed, was clean and spacious and Tina and Mehmet made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We would love to stay again and would recommend to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Switzerland this past January, 2018. The attic suite exceeded our expectations for a family of 4, including teenagers. The suite is spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. We found the location to be very central to the Appenzell region, Lake Constance area, and Zurich. Tina and Mehmet were fantastic hosts who were willing to answer any questions, provide great suggestions for activities, and were a pleasure to get to know. Overall, the value was exceptional and we would definitely return the next time we travel Switzerland.

Die Wohnung sollte man insbesondere bei Regenzeit beziehen. Denn sie ist so toll, dass man sowieso gar nicht mehr rausgehen will. Nein im Ernst: Wir haben selten eine so schön geschnittene und hergerichtete Ferienwohnung erlebt. Geräumig, geschmacklich 1 a, bestens eingerichtet und mit sehr netten, unkomplizierten Vermietern. Allen, für die es in Frage kommt, wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Die Miete und Absprachen waren einfach und unkompliziert. Die Vermieterin war wahnsinnig freundlich und über die Maßen zuvorkommend, sodass selbst wenn etwas gefehlt hätte, sie es organisieren würde. Durch die Kirchen nebenan muss man sich auf das regelmäßige Läuten einstellen, allerdings lässt die wirklich gemütlich und einladende Wohnung und die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter das Ganze schnell in den Hintergrund rücken. Die Wohnung und der Aufenthalt ist unserer Ansicht nach sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Dachgeschosswohnung im Zentrum für Bischofszell. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Bei mehr als 4 Personen kann aufgebettet werden. Die umsichtigen Gastgeber sind schnell erreichbar. Für uns war das ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Thurgau, Appenzeller Land und an den Hochrhein/Bodensee.

L'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un très bon accueil. Le seul bémol pourrait être les cloches des églises proches qui peuvent troubler le sommeil pour quelqu'un qui n'y est pas habitué.

Bischofszell ist eine sehr schöne kleine alte Stadt. Das Umland lädt zu schönen Radtouren ein. Die Wohnung von Tina und Mehmet ist eine wunderschön ausgebaute Dachwohnung. Tina und Mehmet sind sehr freundlich und nett. Der Bodensee ist nahe. Das Säntis-Gebiet mit seinen Seilbahnen und Möglichkeiten für Gebirgswanderungen ist nahe. Bregenz und das Pfändergebiet sind auch noch gut erreichbar. St. Gallen mit seinen kulturellen Schätzen ist nahe. Rundum einfach schön.

Bezaubernde Maisonette Wohnung im Herzen der Alstadt

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung um in einem Nachbarort abends zu arbeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche toll ausgestattet, mit Kapsel Maschine (die Kapseln gibt es in jedem Migros) und allem was das Herz begehrt. (Ein scharfes größeres Messer wäre noch toll...) Toaster, Wasserkocher usw. Alles da. Im Bad Waschmaschine und Trockener, hochwertige Handtücher und eine große Badewanne (Vorsicht, das Wasser ist sehr heiss!) Die Wohnung war super sauber, die Betten sehr gut, tolle Matratzen. Ein Fernseher ist bei Sofa im oberen Stock, direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer dort, das ging wohl nicht anders, dafür ist das Wohnzimmer so ohne Fernseher, auch ganz schön. Ein Sofa im Wohnzimmer wäre noch eine tolle Sache gewesen, so gab es einen Lesesessel. Davon gab es auch im unteren Schlafzimmer einen sehr schönen, der im Erker sehr schön platziert ist. Nur für die ständig leitenden Kirchenglocken in der Nähe sollte man lieber Ohropax einpacken.... wir hatten noch das Pech, dass diese auch zu sehr ungewöhnlichen Zeiten sehr lange bimmelten, war wohl ein Kirchenfest. Für Familien mit lärmempfindlichen Kindern ist dass dann wohl eher nichts. Auch wichtig zu wissen: Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock in einem eher engen Treppenhaus. Man sollte also schon gut zu Fuss sein. Das empfiehlt sich in diesem schönen Ort sowieso, es ist recht hügelig, aber auch sehr schön und man kann tolle Spaziergänge machen. Direkt hinter dem Haus geht ein Weg an einem Rosengarten vorbei ins Tal, Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Uns haben die Kirchenglocken nicht gestört, aber sie bimmeln schon sehr oft. Bischofszell ist eine schöne Stadt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Bischofszell verbracht.

Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Zentral gelegen und gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Auch sind alle nötigen Besorgungen (Post, Migros, etc.) gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Für eine erneute Reise in die Schweiz ist diese Unterkunft für uns die erste Wahl. Vielen Dank an Tina und Mehmet!

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Allein die Freundlichkeit von Tina machte den Aufenthalt zu einem rundherum tollen Kurzurlaub. Kirchenglocken muss man aber wirklich sehr lieben - vor allem nachts :-)

Très bel appartement au cœur d'un joli village dans une belle région

L'appartement est superbe, spacieux et très bien équipé, il est situé dans les combles sous les toits au 3e étage. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, accueilants, à l'écoute des besoins des locataires. L'appartement se situe dans la vieille ville ( plutôt un gros village) tout près de l'église, à 30mn environ du lac de Constance, de SaintGall ou des chutes du Rhin. La campagne autour est paisible et il y a bien d'endroits pour se baigner ou se ballader.

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen mit entsprechender Atmosphäre, einfach super! Ganz toll renoviert. Durch die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft sind wir zum Bodensee baden gefahren und auf die Ebenalp gestiegen; abwechslungsreicher kann man wohl kaum einen Urlaub verbringen. Aufgrund der umliegenden Kirchen sollte man Glockenklänge lieben; wir haben es genossen.
