Beachfront property - you can see the beach and gulf of Mexico from your window. This is a ground floor condo just steps to the beach. Bedroom has a queen size bed, living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The beach and pool are just steps outside the door. This small "old Florida" style resort with just 21 units. There is a heated pool, hot tub. beachfront picnic and BBQ area, wireless internet, and laundry facility.
Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance at the Shoppes of Sand Key. Dinner cruises, tennis courts, and Major League Baseball spring training are all within a short drive.
No pets permitted, no smoking, must be 25 to check in, ID required, 1 parking pass per condo.
A credit card and signature will be required at check-in. A non-refundable Damage Waiver of $35.00 which will cover $1000.00 worth of damage and is mandatory for all reservations and is paid at the front desk when you check in.
This is a timeshare unit and is only available for week #10 & 11 (Mid March) each year with Saturday check-in.

Communicated with manager to cancel due to virus Concerns( We are over 70)
It was Mo day for a Saturday check in. They replied sorry but no refund not portion of refund. I felt the manager was terse and very inflexible considering this pandemic.
This was my first experience with vrbo and, while I understand the circumstances, I was disappointed with this result
