The building is a 3 story (stand alone) building with a 1500 sq. ft. condo on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Access to both condos via private entrance and elevator. The ground floor is a retail golf cart sales shop.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this marvelous condo! Excellent setup. Beautiful space and decor. Very clean, bright and airy. Beds very comfortable. Close to all local hot spots. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Bluffton/HH. Thanks Robert! Richard and David from Nashville, TN

Twin bed mattresses are in horrible condition - property needs updating. It was clean and great location but needs updating.
