High-end finishes and top-quality appliances. Everything is at your disposal to ensure comfort and rest.
Free Wi-Fi Internet, Smart TV – Satellite TV “SKY”, cleaning upon arrival and departure, plus an additional cleaning with a change of sheets for stays longer than 8 nights.
For stays of less than 8 nights, intermediate cleaning is not included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one weekly cleaning is provided during your stay with a change of sheets, but without a change of towels.
Additional conditions:
~ Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon arrival and departure. Only the consumption in kilowatts will be charged, at the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), payable in cash upon departure.
~ Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the maintenance of the property, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the condition of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged item will be charged in cash at the time of check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.
Bringing speakers and playing loud music is strictly prohibited. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

The pictures are accurate, yet it is much better in person! Loved the views, eating while facing the pool and Playa Bonita. It was a wonderful family vacation, relaxing, with room for the nine of us to be together, yet spread out. Enjoyed our cook Jeffrey! I really enjoyed the green lawn and landscaping also. They do a great job with making everything look beautiful.
The only thing, that really isn't the villas fault, is we had a lot of mosquitoes. So come prepared for that! It wasn't very breezy for most of our visit, so that probably contributed to it.

Our family of 8 (adults and teenagers) enjoyed this house over our Christmas vacation 2022! I highly recommend this beautiful five bedroom vacation house. It’s beautifully furnished with artwork and updated facilities. The house is perched up on the hill, the main living area could open up entirely to feel like you were outdoors (truly spectacular) with amazing views of the surrounding hills and ocean. There is wifi and bluetooth speakers to listen to music. Each night we sat, ate dinner and drank wine overlooking the beautifully lit pool and peacefully lit landscape. The master bedroom upstairs felt very secluded from the rest of the house (the mattresses were very comfortable in all rooms).
The staff was excellent. We booked breakfast a few mornings; highly recommended. The chefs' cooking was excellent, traditional Dominican food and plenty of it. The manager, Dorian, was very responsive, available and helpful. This house felt very safe, with a guard at the road and electronic gate to enter the driveway. The beaches seemed a little far to walk to so we would drive our rented ATVs. Renting ATVs is a must to get to town, area beaches and local restaurants. We enjoyed our vacation very much and will be back.

My family loved this home! The cook was fantastic and the food was delicious. Only a short walk to the beach and close to fun restaurants and shops. The house was beautiful and just like the pictures. The views were unbeatable. I cannot recommend this house enough!
