This wonderful second floor apartment is perfectly situated for couples looking to explore the Yorkshire coastline and the North York Moors National Park.. All on the Second Floor:

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for multi-fuel burner included.. On road parking. No smoking.. A delightful, second floor apartment, located on the exclusive South Cliff in Scarborough. Holbeck Apartment is situated in a quiet area, just a short stroll from the beach and the town centre. This elegant apartment has partial sea views and is the perfect base to see the Yorkshire coast and the North York Moors National Park.
Scarborough is a traditional seaside resort with something for all age groups. On the North Bay there’s the Alpamare Waterpark with its water chutes and wave machine, as well as Peasholm Park, with its beautiful gardens and lake. The Marine Drive is nearby and is over 4 miles long making it great for leisurely walks along the seafront. Scarborough Castle, once a Royal fortress and now a popular English Heritage Site, stands proud on the cliff top with its 12th-century tower overlooking the north and south bays. Scarborough also has a great variety of restaurants, bars and tearooms, as well as the Stephen Joseph Theatre, home to most of Alan Ayckbourn’s plays.
Travel north and you will reach the North York Moors National Park, where you will find a variety of woodland trails, great for walking and cycling. The Dalby Forest is also nearby and is home to the World Cup Mountain Bike competition with exhilarating trails, as well as more leisurely tracks for beginners, so why not make the most of the storage at the property for two bikes (situated up a flight of stairs), don your helmet and have a go! The seaside towns of Whitby, Filey and Bridlington are just a short drive away. Further along the coast you will find the RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs, where you can view the migrating sea birds from the viewing platforms. Beach 1 mile. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

We had a really lovely time in this apartment, which was well equipped and very clean. We love the south Cliff area of Scarborough so the location suited us very well. Although we visited in December the weather was kind to us and mostly dry. Thank you!

Lovely homely apartment, in a delightful area of Scarborough. Beautiful walks to the South Bay are not to be missed, fabulous architecture, Italian gardens, stunning coastal views.

Lovley Apartment, clean, tidy, very homley,stairs could be an issue for some people, no shops or pubs near by,but a nice walk into Scarborough, great views.

A little bit out of scarborough, but nice walk in when weathers nice, unfortunately we had a few bad days so git taxi in a few times. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would go back there.
