The Wagon Shed is the second of our 6 bedroom barns here at Hills Farm Stays ,(the other being the Milking Parlour) converted from an 17th Century stone barn and accommodating up to 16 guests. With spectacular views across the Axe Valley, living space is open-plan and perfectly designed for groups,families and celebrations. Featuring a large dining area to seat 16, a fully fitted kitchen with Aga, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The ground floor features porcelain tiled floors with underfloor heating. The tiled floor is cooling to foot on hot summer days and makes for toasty toes on the cold winter months.The relaxing lounge area is chic and contemporary, with ample sofa seating, iPod docking station and a large LCD TV. There is free Wi-Fi throughout. There is a hot tub at the rear of the property along with picnic benches and seating area. The Wagon Shed has its very own large garden area to use for outdoor games and to relax. This barn is wheelchair accessible.

Ground Floor family room with wet room and ensuite toilet and basin, Twin bedded room with own bathrooms First floor. 3 king bedded rooms all ensuite and 1 family room, ensuite.
Hills Farm Stays supplies: Bed Linen, Towels (not for beach use) also a small start pack to include, toilet paper bin bag, dishwashing liquid, tea and coffee. Please bring extra supplies just in case.
