My family enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of storage space and nice furniture. We were happy to have a dining table. The bathroom/shower was big, and we liked that it had a bath to relax in and comfortable beds after a long day exploring Krakow. Great location next to the river and close enough to the old town/Wawel Castle only a 15min walk.
The kitchen was fully kitted out, but we didn't have a spatula, and there was no air con. We could have used a couple of extra pillows as only one extra in the bedroom wardrobe.

Size and location was brilliant. Apartment was located on the courtyard side, do no traffic noise. Inside, everything you need. Building safe, as security guard in the reception area. Both bedrooms decent size with plenty of storage. Apartment very modern, with views of Vistula river, 10 minutes walk to the Main Square.
The only downside was squeaky bed on one side, but even though it was very comfortable.

The location was very good. Quiet at night.
Very well presented accommodation.
The surly security people were possibly the most unwelcoming people I have ever had the misfortune to come into contact with.
No communication whatsoever, just glaring glances.
It was quite threatening!
If the owner wants to keep renting out the lovely apartment, they really must have words with the security/porter.
